The YMCA offers an amazing variety of classes! As a beginner to gym membership, it's nice to join a class and have people guiding and encouraging you. I know I've been able to go farther wit my exercises because of that. The kid zone is AMAZING and the #1 reason I truly joined knowing my child is safe and having fun while I'm taking time to make myself healthier. Many people after finding out I'm a member here often jump to how expensive it is but after putting together the classes, kid zone, use of the swimming pool, the large selection of machines available and just the friendly community it's a very good price! Thank you YMCA! Also, Cindy and Kyle have been so helpful in my journey to better health with their knowledge and encouraging attitudes. Thank you both!

The staff has been extremely friendly no matter what time of day I go. Working there a few years ago, I still see some familiar faces. I would recommend the YMCA to anyone.

my personal Trainer is great! Kyle Slater does a great job of keeping me on target with my goal.
