I love Corepower Yoga RiNo! The staff is always welcoming, the studio is clean, and the classes are always the perfect balance of physical and mindful.

I took a C1 class with Kristen D and it was hands down my favorite class with CorePower since joining! She started class by having us set our intentions and sharing some mindfulness wisdom to think over during class. She demo'd each position and level modification throughout the class, as well as providing key posture components like hip orientation and weight distribution.
However, my favorite part of her teaching style was the way she continued to bring us back to mindfulness, breathing and enjoying our practice.
I left the class feeling like I had improved my foundational knowledge as a yogi, had a great workout, and got to have a very meditative experience.
I cannot wait to attend more of her classes!
