it was my first time in Sports Clips. I was quickly made to feel comfortable. i did not have an appt but the wait time was only 15-20 minutes. 5 minutes before i was taken to the chair, i received a note saying "Batter Up" you are next.
The quality of the haircut was excellent and the associate was friendly.
