Gym is very clean and tidy. The staff are lovely and friendly and always ask you how youre getting on. The personal trainer sessions are really helpful. The tips and videos that they have posting on facebook lately are a great idea. I love what they did on Valentines Day with the chocolate and roses in the changing rooms, really fun idea! Just a brilliant gym in general!

I've been going to this gym for over 2 years. The variety of classes is pretty good. There are also lots of machines for cardio workouts. I feel comfortable and relaxed here. The staff is very friendly. In summary, I like it very much.
