The range of classes and variety of workouts. The pool is a big plus also, as I am a keen swimmer and it's never too busy. Although sometimes people using it don't seem to understand the concept of lane swimming and in the correct direction.
Professional friendly helpful staff, functional clean facilities and equipment, accessible - the new longer opening hours help. (Would be great if the audio boxes on the treadmills to pick up the tv screen audio all worked, a small point).
Good selection of classes, incl. TRX & boxing. Amazing Spin & Pump instructor in the form of Ian. Changing rooms are kept to a good standard and the air con works in the downstairs studios!

It's clean, well equipped and has friendly staff. A 30 minute mid week core strength class would be a great addition to the timetable.
