I was invigorated! I thought a crowded class would be a bad thing, but I loved the energy that came along with it. I’ve already taken another class in Oregon and plan to do more in my free first week!

MaggieE's class was a great fit for my current needs, as I rehab some injuries and try to get back to decent condition. Her instruction for tweaks on specific postures was valuable.
Teachers are super friendly and welcoming. Classes are hard but not unreasonably so. Studio is always clean but feels a little cool on some days.

The classes are well executed and always challenging and the instructors are all very knowledgable, friendly and helpful.
Loved the instructors! Mostly clean, sometimes if there is back to back hot classes, it is kind of stinky. But otherwise great!
