Bella had good energy and moved around the room well.
I did feel like the course was a bit chaotic at times. Moving from different movements quickly, example, chair straight to jumping jacks back to chair, to squat jumps, etc. Additionally, the count downs were typically really quick. You'd have only done two rows and the 4 count down started. Just wanted to provide my honest feedback since I didn't have time to connect with Bella after class.
I think Bella is already a strong teacher and a few tweaks will help support her teaching even further.

I love the energy of yoga sculpt. It is a great workout and covers all the bases, strength, stretch, cardio, and relaxation. The instructor, Q, at Ponce City Market, is so enthusiastic, she is infectious! Love her classes!

I love the clean atmosphere the lockers the showers if I need the rooms are super clean. I love the professional teachers it’s not intimidating. I’m super impressed with the buckhead location and the passion of the yoga instructors.

All the staff & teachers are friendly & seem happy to be there! They push you while also making sure you feel comfortable at your own level and not feeling pressured to try something you may not be capable of yet. The studios are always clean and classes on time. Love it!

It’s always all about the instructors for me. And there are 3 at Buckhead that are as good as any I’ve ever had in my many years coming to CorePower. Danielle, Jennifer & Emily. Whatever you’re paying them, it isn’t enough. Having experienced instructors who put intentional thought into their classes is priceless. We must protect them! Haha
