For the first week I really enjoyed CorePower it was very joyful and empowering
I absolutely loved my C2 class - it was one of my better work outs at CPY. Jasmine is an excellent instructor - she has great energy in her class and she has compassion for her students.
Fantastic challenging flow with great cues and some good pro tips.
I love the facilities, instructors, yoga sculpt classes, all the choices in locations, the fact I can walk to my favorite studio at Ponce City Market!

I love how knowledgeable and supportive the teachers are! I have learned so much during my time at core power and grown so much stronger. I have been able to life heavier weights and improved my overall health and physique. I love the core power community and get so much energy and motivation from working out in a group setting.
Finley was probably the best instructor I have ever had at 10+ different CPY locations. She was very welcoming and the class was excellent. She kept a great energy throughout the class, and her choice in music was excellent. I hope to be back soon and will definitely recommend her and CorePower to others!

Teachers are very diverse in their teaching style which is nice. I appreciate that they go out of their way to call me by name in class. That goes such a long way for me personally in feeling good about what I'm doing.

Every class challenges me to push my physical limits while encouraging me to tap into a deeper connection with myself. The heat, the flow, and the community create an environment that transforms not just my body but my mind and spirit as well. I leave each practice feeling empowered, refreshed, and more in tune with who I am. It’s truly a space where I can grow stronger in every sense, both on and off the mat.

Obsessed. Could not be happier with my experience here! Staff has all been a delight from the very second I walked in for my first class. Studio is impeccable. Class instruction is challenging and satisfying. Just really cannot say enough good things!
