The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and the studio is very clean and fresh. I felt like I fit right in all of the classes even though I am not an advanced yoga student. The offering of classes is great too as well as flexible class times. I have had the best experience!

Great location, class times, studio and hard classes

Even though it wasn't supposed to be a heated class, CP1 took place after a heated class, and the extra heat really helped loosen tight muscles. The pace was sometimes a little quick, but I found the extra attention to form very helpful!

Best Yoga classes in Atlanta. Awesome workout while also getting a great stretch. The sculpt class is incredible!

I love how clean the studio is! You definitely have enough classes a day for me to never have an excuse to skip yoga. I'm enjoying trying out the different classes and teachers, and I am looking forward to keeping with it!

I love how accessible core power is to those of all levels. I'm not very experienced with yoga but I always feel welcome and never feel judged. I love that it is not only calming and healing, but also just a straightforwardly good workout.

It was pretty obvious I was new to core power when I first walked in and everyone was so helpful (even other clients!) I am currently getting my Pilates certification and wanted to learn more about yoga which is initially why I signed up for my free week. I can't believe how hooked I already am just after 4 classes. Yoga and Pilates are very connected which made the transition to trying yoga for the first time very helpful. I now am aware of the new challenges yoga brings. I also enjoyed the motivation and relation to having power in your everyday life!

Great variety in class times and styles, excellent studio space, great locker room amenities, and very engaging instructors - I really appreciate their hands-on adjustments, really helpful for pose corrections.

It's a clean space, friendly environment, easy to follow. I like that there's a full week opportunity to "try it out." Not many businesses do that unless there's a catch. I'm more inclined to sign up just because of that! The bathrooms are clean and well stocked with basic necessities, which I like since my brain doesn't always remember that pesky shower gel ;)
