I was ready to call about my propane delivery and before I could call the delivery came. I like the online portal as well to view information. In the past I have tried to use it for deliveries and was not successful has the been fixed?

The service team from Superior is, in fact, superior. We are long time customers of Superior Plus and have always been pleased with customer support and the service technicians. The response time of the service department is fast and efficient which is just another reason why we are so impressed with Superior.

I like having a budget plan and being able to pre-pay for oil. I also like having oil auto delivered. I could likely get all these things elsewhere, but this is the only company I have ever had a contract with and I see no reason to change for now, unless I move.

Office staff is very accommodating. Service technicians are hard working and knowledgeable. Have been a customer for many years and plan on many more. Only complaint is the price of oil but we know who to blame for that.
