One comment about the contract period. The contract ends annually on April 30th. Deliveries made after April 30th and before the new contract renewal are billed at the retail? rate, a rate that is sometimes double or more. Although those bill(s) are adjusted when the next contract is signed it is a bit of a nutty maker!
As a customer I like the pre-buy program, automatic delivery and the customer service in general if I have to call.
