I do have a concern. This is a vacation home and we went paperless with our bills. On 8/16, the driver left a bill on the garage door hang tag. We didn't see it for several days and it could clue someone in on the fact that the home is not occupied. Please ensure no bills are left. I pay them right away when I get them online.
Dependable service & reasonable prices. One thing I would like to mention is that we would appreciate them not dragging the hose from the driveway accross the front deck to the propane tank. Please keep the hose on the ground as we just had a new deck installed. Other than that, everything has been good.

I've gotten emergency service when the tanks ran low -- and then a monitor put on my tanks (by their choice) so I don't ever run out again.
The company provides great service inside as well as outside. It was time to update the propane heaters that provide my primary heat (and around here, you definitely don't want your heater to go on the blink1). They gave me solid recommendations to replace the units and they not only took care of the installation but came back just to check it was working correctly.
I've been a customer for 20+ years now, and its going to have to be a great deal to get me to change.
