The product is what it is, and it is good. It the service that make superior propain stand out.
When my wife and I decided to have a generator installed, the contractor told us what was required to power the whole house generator. When I went to talk to my then propain supplier, the manager disagreed with my contractorabout what was needed. And he was not very polite.
I had done my own research and I knew the contractor was telling us the facts. The propane dealer finally agreed but quoted a price that was way above reason. I then started looking for another supplier and called Superior Propain, talked to the manager, who proved to be very helpful, knew exactly what I needed when I explained what our plans were. They quoted a very reasonable price for installing tanks and tubing. The service people were very friendly performed the work quickly and neatly. Even the propain delivery driver has always been friendly. Which usually speaks well for the company they work for.
They have treated me fairly. My big tank is on automatic fill and my small tank for the fireplace I need to monitor myself. If I call for a fill up they are prompt.

The issues I haven't liked include changes in billing which I was not aware of until they appeared on my bill

You have always been there when I needed you and you enabled me to convert to a new gas furnace with no additional interest. I do regret that you no longer do your own repairs and out source to MENCO mechanical who are ok but not as quick or caring as you.

Just a suggestion. Unless you're intending to stop selling oil, you should consider either adding "oil" to your business name or using something like "Superior Fuels". To be honest, even though we've used you guys for decades, I'm nervous about getting oil from a propane company, especially since you've outsourced maintenance work. I.e., it looks to me as though you're getting out of the oil business.
