The regularity of the deliveries. And they used to be very reliable and honest in their care and cleaning of our equipment. What we do NOT like is that Montour has subbed out their furnace cleanings and water heater repair work to DIXON AC&R who originally charged us close to 800.00 for a 50.00 part. Plus they billed us for their travel time back and forth when it was already on their work order both times that they NEEDED THAT PART THAT DAY. Thankfully Montour stepped in and negotiated the price down. We know of at least 4 other households where this has happened with DIXON AC&R. It's a shame because it reflects poorly on Montour.
We like the budget plan and the heating oil is always delivered well before running out.
