I dislike the fact that I'm required to use a certain amount of propane a year or I'll get charged with a tank rental fee. Unfortunately, it's difficult for my wife and I to go through 40 lbs of propane a year using only the range oven. However, when I reached out regarding the fee, the company was more than willing to work with me. I appreciate the exceptional customer service. The fee was waived despite being under 40 lbs, and the company came out within a week to provide a 38 lb refill.
