I understand Superior has to make a profit and I am willing to pay extra for convenience but won’t be gouged. I started getting “tank rental fees” and posted that with the fees it was cheaper to start using 20 pound tank.
Tim called me and said he would waive the fee because I was close to my 90 gallon limit. I was not aware of the ‘useage’ limits until then. I am a limited user and go through 80 gallons a year but also watch how much I use. With this new knowledge I suggested getting two fills a year and use a little more to put me over the 90 gallon limit. Tim and I agreed on a place and Tim gave me a discount on the per gallon rate for working with him.
Tim is a valuable asset to Superior and ‘saved’ an account.

I like the people and the product is good
We have been customers 1st with Montour oil and now with Superior oil since I think it was 1976. With both companies we have belonged to the budget program and delivery program. We have never run out of oil. Drivers are always friendly.
I go into the Montoursville office to pay our bill each month and Tim and Diane are 2 of the nicest employees. They always greet you and take time to talk to you.
