From the very start the employees were very pleasant and helpful to work with. We've never had propane before and the technician that was here was great. Knowledgeable about his job. He showed us how to use our gas fireplaces and was very easy to understand. He answered all questions even if I felt foolish in asking him.
Rapid response to call and service
Superior has always been able to accommodate us and our oil needs. They take extra care to be respectable to our property and they are very prompt in their delivery of the oil. We do not live at the location where we get the oil delivered but always know that when they say they will be there, they are!
