Fantastic detail. Lots of excellent photos showing everything. Great descriptions of what needs to be addressed and how soon it will need to be done. He found things that we missed even after two extensive viewings. Much more detail than we were expecting. Very professional and easy to deal with. I will use him again and would recommend him to anyone I know. To say we were happy with his report is a huge understatement!!
