Daryl did a very thorough home inspection on the home I am purchasing. I am very pleased with his company. I received a detailed inspection report within 24 hours of the inspection of my new home. I joined Daryl a couple hours into his inspection as I had questions on the mechanical items. He was very helpful in answering all my questions and made sure I was understanding his answers. Daryl also showed me the cold and hot water shut offs and furnace shut off. We also did a walk through of home together and he explained everything in home from window seals to pipes. He asked me several times if I had any questions, but as we were going through home Daryl was continually showing and telling me different things and by the end of the walk through I had no questions. He has given me 100% confidence to be living in my new home as well as to be able to deal with emergency situation in regards to having to shut things off if needed. When I did receive inspection report there was no surprises as everything in report is what Daryl reviewed with me. Thank you Daryl.
