First off I would like to thank Rosey she was wonderful and she did an awesome job with my cut. Second, my experience with Sports Clips was great. When I arrived I signed in and was able to go straight back and once in the chair I was asked what kind of style I was looking for. After doing what I had asked for I was offered some recommendations on a few tweaks and they were awesome. All in all a real great and enjoyable experience.

I visited the Athens Georgia location yesterday and had a very good experience. The store personnel were upbeat and greeted me right away with a warm welcome when I entered the store.
Rossy was my hair stylist. I selected her on-line when I booked my appointment. I experienced her professionalism and customer care on my last visit where I received a great hair cut, exceeding my expectations by someone who listened to my needs and wants, and I was very pleased and happy. This is why I came back to her again on this visit. I told her I was very pleased with the hair treatment products she selected on my last visit. She remembered that I had a bad knee which I had injured, and I told her I was scheduled for surgery next week.
Thanks again for an exceptional experience, and to Sports Clips making a good hiring decision.
