She is always friendly and greets everyone with a smile. I also appreciate your app and that you can determine the wait times for a specific stylist prior to arriving at the store only to discover that there is an hour wait or they are not even scheduled to work that day. My son always has a good experience and is always happy with his cut! I think this last one was the most detailed (maybe I just paid attention more) but she reallly took the time to make it even all the way around and looks great!
