Our grade 10 student attends a great school with dedicated teachers, yet math has been a challenge. Attending Mathnasium for 3 sessions a week since the start of this school year has seen a growth in confidence, homework always submitted on time, enthusiasm to attend... let's see what the test results show us at the end of first term. So far it has been very positive. Our son (9th grade) likes to go. He has not been going long enough for us to determine if it is really helping, but we have a very good feeling. The ability to drop in without appointments is really helpful. The cost is the only negative, although it is understandable given the "drop in" model and is not really bad when broken down hourly.
The details of the assessment and the custom tutoring for the specific child is what has helped my son overcome his fear of math.
So far both my girls enjoy it and are starting to show results.
I don't get any push back from my two sons who both go along to their sessions at Mathnasium without complaining.
My daughter did not want to come at first and since the first day she's been delighted and willing to come every day.
Your rewards program is very clever. The teachers are very friendly and they explain very well.

My daughter 11 years old in just one month from D and F to C!! I noticed big progress
the kids are excited to go, everytime, the reward system works really well and they are learning alot while having fun
So far our daughter has learned a lot and is enjoying her sessions. Only suggestion is to be open on Fridays and/or Sundays. It is very hard to fit 3 sessions in to the 5 days you are open because of other obligations. It would be really great to be able to come on Sunday (or Friday).
Michelle told me that what she learned in less than 2 month in here more than what she learned in one year in school :)
