My daughter has been doing Mathnasium for a year. It has been a process that takes time, but we are seeing her growth. Her confidence is building, she is answering math questions in class--something she has not done in the past, and she is much more comfortable with math. The instructors do what they can to make learning fun. While my daughter isn't always enthusiastic to do things virtually twice a week, she is always exhibits a feeling of accomplishment when her lessons are over. That says a lot, coming from a child who used to say she hated math.
Our son has been going to Mathnasium for a few years. He currently hold an A+ in math at 8th grade. The experience has been great and he really loves his instructor, Melissa. She gives him positive feedback and the encouragement and confidence that he needs.
A huge thanks to Melissa and to Kim for keeping everything going so smoothly.
