My son really enjoys going there and he tells me that he feels like he is learning. My son used to say he hates math and he did not like to do extra work that involved math. When I signed him up for Mathnasium he actually asked me to go there and whenever I would tell him we had to go he was excited and if we didn't go, he would asl why.
My girls were not doing well in Math and now their grades have been improving. They love going to mathnasium and the people who work in Lake Grove are friendly and do a great job of helping my girls learn the skills they need to succeed.

Richie, at Lake Grove and Smithtown, has been an awesome tutor! He is professional, reliable, and above all, a great teacher. When my son is home from college, Richie helps him keep up with his calculus classes. We only wish there were a way for my son to contact Mathnasium, and Richie while he is away at school.

So far we are seeing a very positive result with how our son feels about and approaches his Math assignments. We are seeing an increase in his Math grade and a better understanding of complex math concepts.

My grandaughter attended Mathnasium. She was having problems with her 3rd grade math. She now is very confident in her ability to solve the problems and feels more confident in herself on entering into the fourth grade. I feel the classes really helped her and would most likely continue them again in the fall after school starts again
