The kids love the experience: the relaxed atmosphere, the guidance of the instructors, and confidence building activities. It doesn’t feel like tutoring or extra school work it’s like a game with possible prizes.

Mathnasium in Forest Hills is great! Our son’s school class has lots of kids and he has always done ok, but we took him to Mathnasium to get confident and start excelling. The teachers are patient with him, especially since he’s among the youngest kids in the program. My son is now a grade level ahead in math, and is confident and loves math. I couldn’t ask for more! A special note: during the covid19 closure, my son got a 40 minute 1 on 1 zoom tutoring sessions 10x a month. It was very effective and I am relieved his progress has been unaffected by the pandemic.

When I first enrolled my daughter to Mathnasium of Forest Hills, she was failing math. I believe it was mainly due to the fact that she had a difficult time understanding the concepts being presented to her. The teachers at Mathnasium were able to present the concepts to her in such a way that it makes sense to her. I am happy to say that my daughter is now an A student in math, and is genuinely enjoying it.
