Our daughter has struggled with math for years. She likes going to Mathnasium and her confidence is soaring! She gives it 5 stars. She says the tutors are very helpful, funny and supportive.
We are grateful for Mathnasium. It was local and available when we needed it. The instructors are great. The Director is always available and listens to our questions and concerns. My daughter says she enjoys math, except for word problems.
My daughter has been coming to Mathnasium since the 5th grade(and she's now in the 7th grade). She has so much confidence in her Math class now, which reflects on her report card each quarter. The teachers at Mathnasium are very courteous, have patience and they're very knowledgeable about the subject(regardless of the childs age/grade). The Director Deanna, is very professional and a godsend when addressing any issue at Mathnasium.
The environment and staff are inviting which makes learning enjoyable for my children. The center's director is personable and ensures the staff are helping to ensure a successful outcome for each child.
We love the flexibility in schedule which makes it easier to coordinate with our busy schedule. We love that we get regular reports so we know exactly where our daughter is, what she has accomplished, and what she is projected to work on. It’s an added plus that Our daughter enjoys going.
Since my child started working with Mathnasium, she is doing much better in class at school and actually likes math more now than she ever did.

Your program has done wonders for our daughter. Math was always a fight is so many ways. She was ignoring homework and when she did do it, it would take her hours, only to see that she only finished only a portion of it - which was usually wrong. When we would try to help her, our daughter would just shut down and would say "I don't know."
Since starting your program, she likes math and is starting to do well in class, on tests, and is completing her homework on time.

I just want to give a big thank you to the amazing team at Mathnasium in Stafford, VA. They've been such a great support for both of my kids—Jayden D’Angelo and Isabella Radford. Since starting, I've seen real growth in their understanding and confidence with math. My daughter started back at Mathnasium 2 months ago(after a 6 month layoff and she was having trouble in her Math class). Now she's in the top percentage of her Math class, and she's enroute to receiving an A on her final report card. Thanks A LOT Mathnasium...

The staff is very helpful and the flexible schedule both in center and online is very accommodating. Always pleasant and the kids are making progress in math. Deanna and Casandra are great!

Being able to do an hour of math a 2-3 times a week with math experts helped my son be more confident in his math skills. The experts at Stafford Mathnasium in VA gave wonderful customer service and are encouraging.
Excellent experience, scheduling/resceduling classes easy peasy, staff is fantastic BUT the main compliment is how math is taught. In a short amount of time, strives have been made.

I was totally blown away with the quality of the tutoring/instruction from Mathnasium considering I was somewhat skeptic when I signed up my son to Mathnasium. I was not sure if there was enough value from the services provided to help my son Tomas to get ready for 6th grade math. Please let me share a little about my experience with Mathnasium.
In a very supportive and comfortable pace, my son Tomas was able to do a thorough review of what he had learned in 5th grade and start 6th grade content (pre-algebra). Before he even took his first session, the Mathnasium staff gave him a pre-assessment to see what he needed to re-learn from 5th grade math and develop a personal learning plan that can best support him in preparation of 6th grade math. In fact, this learning plan is the key to putting in place the most effective and rewarding learning flow to help the student connect all lessons at the end. But what really makes Mathnasium special, beyond the personalized learning plan, is their staff. Without them, this learning plan would be a car without a driver. All of the tutors at Mathnasium, many who are college students in physics and engineering programs at local unis, are very knowledgeable in all areas of math and bring to each tutoring/learning experience amazing tutoring/teaching techniques to get learners like my kid Tomas to see the right way to execute the math.
As a parent, I am very happy to see that my son is already more than ready to begin the new school year this August. And this is the way a parent should feel when their kid comes out of Mathnasium.
To help out students who need need help with their Math, or for students who just want to get ahead, Mathnasium is the way to go! and keep going! :)

My 10yr old daughter has been attending Mathnasium since October 2023, and her comprehension of 5th grade level Math concepts has GREATLY IMPROVED. She goes to 6th grade next year, and I believe she will be capable of fully comprehending 6th grade level Math, before this school year ends(in May 2024)...

Mathnasium has really helped my daughter to improve her understanding of at concepts and techniques.
Our 10 year old daughter has been going to Mathnasium for approximately 9 months and we’ve seen significant improvement in her math. We look forward to seeing her progress pay off even more in this school year that just started. An added bonus that she loves going.
