My fourth grade daughter was having self-esteem issues stemming primarily from having trouble at school and with homework. After trying other tutoring options we decided to give Mathnasium a shot. Her teacher has made several comments over the last few months regarding how much her attitude and school performance has improved – not only in math but across the board! Her attitude toward homework has not only improved, but the speed at which she is able to complete it has impressed all of us!

My daughter was really down on herself about math and it was a constant struggle to get her to spend time working on math at home. We tried flash cards, apps, online games, workbooks... and she fought them all. She LOVES going to Mathnasium and is growing leaps and bounds in her confidence with math.
My daughter enjoys going to Mathnasium and asks to go, and she has asked to continue once school starts. We tried a private tutor before attending Mathnasium, but she complained each time and disliked going. She really enjoys the teachers at Mathnasium.
We haven't been able to go as often as I had hoped, but I have been happy with the sessions so far. I would love for there to be morning hours at least one day a week during the summer, but I understand that may not be possible. We are happy with everything so far. Thanks!

My son started about 6 weeks ago, after countless recommendations from other families at Mason Ridge. My son actually looks forward to going and that is huge. He is gaining so much confidence from the instructions and has already improved in school.

Our son went from failing 8th grade math and hating it to B's and C's in just over a month and he doesn't mind going. He does his homework at Mathnasium most afternoons. We've found this helps with Science too. The best part is that I don't have to re-learn middle school math to try to help him with his studies!

I really like how my son was tested to see what gaps he has and that he spends time working on those gaps as well as his homework. He has just started, but I already see a small improvement. Looking forward to seeing how he does after a few months.
