This center has very talented and enthusiastic tutors who are able to understand individual student’s requirements and also able to deliver a quality coaching based on the findings. I just have one suggestion that they can improve the service more by emphasizing to offer more challenging program on a particular student based on the merit level.
Mathnasium provides direct intruction to my son of math concepts, and do not expect my sonto complete worksheets only. In addition, Mathnasium offers flexible hours making it easy to work aorund my busy family schedule.

Even though my request for tutelage was on short notice, Mathnasium of Northern Silver Spring was able to help me prepare for a tough college math exam, which I passed. They were very welcoming, open to my schedule, friendly, flexible and very engaging. They sat and talked to me and had a genuine interest in my case. Based on my previous experiences with math tutors, it really is dependent on the tutors themselves. This center has good teachers. Owners are nice folks as well, and try to be flexible as to your child's needs.
My children enjoy going for his math sessions. My oldest son wrote on his School Year Book this year that he wishes to be a math teacher when he grows up.

My daughter Morgan is having a great experience with your staff. She is excited about attending and looks forward to every Monday and Wednesday. I feel that she is becoming more confident and recognizes that there are areas where she needs support.

I highly recommend Mathnasium to my friends without a second thought. I like how they teach the kids according their needs and "NO HOME WORK" concept is nice. However, we parents make our kids work at home at their pace without homework enforcement.

My daughter's experience with Mathnasium has been wonderful so far. She started out as a C student in Math at the beginning of the school year and now is a straight A student. Mathnasium has challenged her to work so much harder and has helped change her attitude toward math, which reflects hugely in her work. The tutors there help her with homework and upcoming assessments and provide lots of encouragement and as a result she's become so much more confident in Math. The transformation has been amazing.

The MAthnesium family take the tutoring very seriously , while on the other hand are very friendly with students. The students do not even realize that they are learning at a very fast pace .They inculcate the love of mathematics in students , building self confidence along the way .I have twins who are learning at different paces and for me that's contention .

The Northern Silver Spring Center is great. The owner and director really care about the kids and how well they learn. They always make a good schedule and make sure there are enough tutors at all time to give all the kids personal attention. My daughter got an A in her Calculus AP the first semester. We were searching for a tutoring facility for our daughter to assist her in becoming comfortable doing math and to ease her anxieties, fear, and hesitation when faced with math problems. After conducting research and consulting with Stella Zhang and also meeting with the proprietor of another well known math and reading tutoring center, we chose Mathnasium hands-down! Stella and Joseph are professional, skilled, and exceptional educators, with kind, caring and patient demeanors. Their center is well-run, organized and structured, with a warm and pleasant atmosphere. My daughter has been attending for several months, and as a first-grader, we see tremendous improvement in her grasp of mathematical concepts and problem solving. She looks forward to her time at Mathnasium and actually loves math now! She has also progressed to the degree that she is ahead of the other children in her class at school!

Tyra has a better understanding of Math especially with the SAT Math questions - her aim is to get achieve a higher score on the SAT come this Sunday - She is no longer intimated by numbers
