My daughters greatly benefitted from Mathanasium. I liked their system of reviews/testing to ensure that students understood units properly. One of my daughters was below grade level and now she is performing at the grade level above her actual grade. I am thrilled to see her changed attitude towards Math as she has gained a lot of confidence in Math and her outlook towards Math is very positive which certainly gives us peace of mind! I already recommended Mathnasium to two people who ended up signing up (one at Laurelwood and one in Foster City), because my son Daniel started Mathnasium last year (Oct 2016) and it helped a lot. He had to cover a lot of material at his school because he moved to a school that was one year ahead in math. At first, Daniel was “frozen” from the pressure but the very next week after signing up for Mathnasium his attitude was more relaxed and he started getting >=90% in his tests and though his homework would still take a longer time, he got things done. So, thank you!!! We will continue coming & recommending!
They do a grade job

My 10-year-old son has struggled with math for years. Mathnasium helped him get beyond the math anxiety so that he could open his mind to discovering math. It's been less than a month and he's already learned math facts that he's struggled with for years. I wish it was a little more affordable
My kids loved mathnasium and my daughter is definitely more confident in math. For my son, the summer program reinforced basic information to make sure he had a solid foundation going into 6th grade. For the summer program it would have been better if there were hours to come in the morning. I felt like only being able to come into the afternoon was very limiting and made it inconvenient to find a time to come. Also, would love to continue with the mathnasium but the price is so expensive for 2 siblings. Other than that, I would highly recommend and I have recommended to several families that have joined.

We love Mathnasium. Our daughter was struggling with math and disliked math. But once she started with Mathnasium, math is one of her favorite subjects and she just passed her placement test to enter her more advanced math class. The manager changed the intake process to reduce stress for my child. The one hour assessment was skipped, and started my child at grade levees work. And then do short assessments over the course of several months.
It's A No stress after school program, and without pressure students can learn with happiness!
we've been so happy. the kids math knowledge has improved. scheduling is easy (though it's getting harder and harder to find a time because Mathnasium is so popular). I LOVE the level of feedback I get with assessments. The staff are always available. They even gave us a binder of concepts to work on during our trip abroad. I've recommended you to all the moms I know.
