Hi, we just started couple months back and my daughter is now interested in Math, she loves working out problems at Mathnasium.
One feedback she had was, Mathnasium needs to add more word problems in Algebra. She doesn’t get to practice critical thinking by solving word problems as much as she would like.
We’ve seen a marked improvement in our daughters confidence with her math. She also feels supported when she has questions or needs help with homework. The Mathnasium classes and community has been a wonderful addition to our routine. Thank you!

My child had private tutoring with highly qualified tutors and she loves studying with them.
It has surprised me how much my daughter loves going to Mathnasium! She had a lot of math anxiety after the pandemic caused some gaps in learning. Her attitude towards math has changed drastically and she actually asked me to add a third session each week! We’re so happy we joined the program.
The program is tailored to the kid. It helps them to learn and grow confident in Math over the time.
The experience we have had with Mathnasium Redmond WA has been great after one month of working with them. My daughter is really happy every time in and out of the center. We also feel comfortable and safe when we leave my daughter there working with the tutors. Thank you for going through the math journey with us.
The scheduling is pretty annoying. The fact that you can only select one date at a time. I wish they had a shopping cart like model where you could select all the date/times you wanted at once, then only confirm or check out once. Also if there was a way to do reoccurring times, that would be great because we have set aside the time in our schedule each month and those dates/times aren't always available.
So far my daughter seems to enjoy her time at Mathnasium. We are doing it for Enrichment because she's ahead of her class at school. I feel like they could push her a little harder. Right now she's playing catch up on some concepts that she knows but aren't as solid as they could be (which is good) but I do worry she will lose interest if she doesn't also get some the new concepts that make math exciting for her.
Sorry to hear about your experience on the scheduler feature. Unfortunately, a shopping cart style is not a feature that is offered currently. We will definitely send your feedback to our scheduling service. However, there is a feature in the scheduler that makes each appointment a recurring appointment. I can speak with you in person to go over your preferred timings. My kids when they started did not know simple maths operations but amazingly grow in maths, not only maths skills they develop cognitive skills, It is the best school for my kids future development.
My son enjoys going to tutoring and working on his math. He has special needs and the Mathnasium team does a great job working with him.

My kids love it . We as parents like the concept practice and one on one with teachers . Also students can learn as much as they want and it’s based on individual skills and how much a student wants to learn

The kids never complain about getting into the car when I tell them its time for Mathnasium. That tells you for sure. They love it and its nice for them to keep up their math over the summer.
Mathnasium in Redmond has a bunch of good teachers who are able to fill in the learning gap during Covid. Highly rate this place for taking utmost precautions during these times for in person learning environment.

My daughter dreads math and it causes her great anxiety. The staff at Mathnasium are so encouraging and their method of building up her math confidence makes her time there fun. She's always smiling when she finishes and I'm noticing a positive change in math anxiety with school as well.

Ms. Joy is wonderful!! My son has been going to Mathnasium for a few years now. He is a very difficult kid and has difficulty with concentration. However, She is very experienced and patient, getting my son to do math. We get to see his work after each session. All the staff there are respectful and flexible. Highly recommended!
