The only concern for us is finding time in our schedules when it's NOT crowded. I drive the kids after work at the height of the tutoring.

Since starting the program, my son is more in tune with numbers and really tries to apply it to real life daily activities: he reads food labels and %. He likes percentages and halves, and 1/3. I can see that he is internalizing his comprehension more and more. We feel that this is a long term commitment for Xavier to catch up and become more comfortable with basic operations and in solving problems in math. The hands on, non electronic problem solving with the tutors is Great because students can actually see how to derive the answers instead of magically appearing on a computer screen.
My son enjoys the program and is gaining confidence in his abilities. The staff are fun, inviting and caring. They have a great balance of all business and light-hearted fun. We went from D's to A's and now my son identifies as being "good in math".
Having the flexibility to drop in at any time and stay as little or as long as we want is a huge selling point. Also very helpful that my son can get help with his homework if he needs to. The staff not only posseses the apptitude for math, but they are also very good with the students.

Very responsive to the needs of kids and parents. A calm, pleasant atmosphere --my son feels at home at Roland Park Mathnasium. Diverse families with a range of different needs are all accommodated.
