The customizable learning plan is the best you will get and your child will gain confidence and love for learning. This is the most we value about Mathnasium. There are great set of instructors who are knowledge and care for your children.
We love it! The teachers are experienced, patient, and so kind. After only a month of attending, my son has made huge improvements, not only with his math skills, but attitude towards it. He is excited about learning, and looks forward to every visit.
Our children continue to grow and benefit thanks to the help of mathnasium team members and coaches.
For my daughter math was a a major anxiety trigger that led to emotional meltdowns at home and in school -- further taking away from her ability to comprehend and understand math.
After just a couple of months at Mathnasium, she is excited to do math and even wants to "teach" us math. She asks for extra math practice at home and even want to take her math book camping this summer.

Our son, who will begin the 8th Grade in late August, has attended the Okemos branch for three summers (currently in his third year). He looks forward to his visits, working with the various tutors, and does well. His extra work carries over into his work at school where he performs at or above grade level. He would never admit it, but it is obvious that he actually enjoys math, but it is the human connection most of all that drives this we suspect. Graham and his Mathnasium team are super!

In just over a month my son has gained so much confidence and learned so many new skills. He loves going to every session he can and he's always setting page amount challenges for himself. It's so rewarding to see him thriving in something he didn't believe he could do.
