The mastery awards are super for my son. He had fallen behind in public school and while he barely had passing grades, that was all it took to be promoted to the next grade level. He was frustrated because he didnt have the foundation knowledge he needed to comprehend more advanced problems. Mathnasium is helping him obtain that knowledge. His self esteem in math is rising and you can see he has more confidence in his problem solving. Still a long way to go but we would not be were we are now if not for mathnasium. I have 2 daughters in the program a Second and fifth grader. Their experience as well as their confidence has increased tremendously and I'm eternally grateful to Ur establishment

I love this center and so does my daughter! She likes that the teachers in this center knows your names and really seem to enjoy working with the students coming there for help.
My oldest child has attended Mathnasium of Berkeley Lake for a year now. We have been thrilled with her progress, in terms of her mastery of basic concepts and the confidence in which she has gained. She still looks forward to going to Mathnasium. We initially started her in the program after completing 3rd grade to prevent summer brain drain and were taken aback upon her initial assessment. We started back at the 3rd grade level Math. Fast forward a year, and she is a rising 5th grader working on 6th grade Math. The biggest surprise is that my child, who previously communicated that Math is her least favorite subject, now tells people her favorite subject is Math! This is a testimony to the fantastic job the Mathnasium team has done to help her make sense of math and build her confidence in this subject. Thanks so much to Kevin & his team of instructors!

My daughter has a focusing problem... so for her more than an hour seemed to be too much!
Mr. Kevin ALWAYS made my daughter feel like she was very important. She never felt like just a customer or one of many! This made me as a parent feel good.
During our time there my daughter suffered a few losses (4 grandparents); and suffered with a serious medical condition that resulted in 2 hospitalizations.
Mathnasium was ALWAYS a happy place for her. She NEVER wanted to miss going to Mathnasium. We are very thankful for the relationship!

I really like how they have Mathnasium work. They tested my kids to see where my kids were exactly and what they needed help with and then made their own curriculum based on their needs. Also, I always got updates on my kids' progress and attitude. My kids especially enjoyed to move at a quick pace after completing the Mastery check. The instructors are nice and helpful, especially the owner at Mathnasium Berkeley Lake is wonderful! They truly make math fun with the comprehensive and awesome system!!

I am very pleased with the improvement I have seen in my daughter's math grade. I was worried when I found out she wasn't passing but within a few weeks she turned her grade around. She actually likes going to Mathnasium everyday and I am very proud of her effort.
