My husband and I cannot bestow enough praise upon Mathnasium and what it has done for our son. We brought our son in because he was struggling with geometry in summer school, after failing in during the school year. He was so frustrated and on the verge of completely giving up on math. He was not sure that anyone could help him and he was not excited about doing even more geometry.
However, after a week or so we began to see a huge change. He started saying he understood the concepts and was passing all of his weekly assessments. One day he texted us from school just to share that his teacher asked him to teach the class a particular formula because he was so good at it.
Our son ended up getting an A in geometry and passing his SOL! I’m moved to tears when I think about how much help he got at Mathnasium. I would recommend their services to anyone.
My son, a sophomore in high school, is in an intense STEM program. The high level math was greatly stressing him. The folks at Mathnasium have taught him better methods to do the Honors math courses that he is taking. I am happy to see him smiling when he leaves and have him tell me of the A-HA light bulb moments of understanding that he has gained.
My son enjoys the class and meeting new people. It's still early to see any improvement but we are off to a great start.

My children really enjoy the fun learning environment fostered at Mathnasium. All the instructors are very friendly and always have a positive attitude. On a separate note; sometimes my children bring their math homework to Mathnasium and in isolated occasions it has either not been completed or reviewed by the instructors. In such occasions it seemed to me the binder created after the assessment takes priority. As a parent and as a customer, it is important to me my children not only develop their skills but also complete and understand their homework so they can be more successful in school.
The teachers have been excellent and our daughter has definitely improved with math and gained confidence. The teachers make it fun to learn and present the concepts in a different way than they do at school. We highly recommend the program.
We love Mathnasium! They have flexible hours, and the staff are friendly and help the students learn in positive encouraging atmosphere. The staff have a wide range of experience and are able to help all levels of learners from elementary students through higher level AP high school math courses. Totally worth the investment in your child's education!

It is a pleasure to see my child enjoying mathnasium. At the end of 2015 he hated math at school and still dislikes going to school on math days. But he looks forward to coming to mathnasium and he is thrilled with learning the new material and his confidence is growing. As a parent, I am happy that my child is finally being taught in a manner that will help him in the future and contribute to his success.
My son was falling behind in Advanced Math and losing interest. A friend recommended Mathnasium to us and my son's grade has improved and he LOVES Mathnasium, he doesn't want to leave once his session is up!
