My daughter is fairly happy to go and has a good time there, doesn’t feel pressured and is learning new tricks to help her do math more easily. Convenient location.

Mathnasium has been very helpful to teach my child the necessary skills to help with her math.

My only two concerns are that I wish the online scheduling was easier to use (see entire schedule at a glance, cancel/reschedule easier.) I also want to make sure that when my daughter brings homework in the instructors are offering help but not too much. I want her to know how to solve the tricky problems on her own, with minimal assistance.

My daughter has ALWAYS struggled with math & been very overwhelmed & just plain “anti-math”, fighting & avoiding like crazy …
But then, we decided to try the free lesson just to see if she didn’t hate it…. When I saw her with her instructor (amazing Alison!) she was LAUGHING & ENJOYING it!!!! Say what??? Not only the 1st time, but so far she hasn’t fought me or even hesitated when I say “it’s time to go to math!”
They’re really taking her from where she is & helping her grow confidence & skills, not just catching up to wherever she’s “supposed to be”!

Beverly is an amazing director and the instructors make it fun to learn math. My son looks forward to his time at Mathnasium each week and is excited to learn again. The in-person, interactive learning environment has made a huge difference with his confidence.

My daughter has never been a ‘math’ person, and recently really began struggling with the more advanced work. Homework was a nightly argument. With Mathnasium arguments are less, and she’s getting much better grades

Our experience so far has been great. Our child is making a lot of progress in a short amount of time.

She likes to go and feels grown up working w the older femake tutors, whi are young and hip, not like mom.

What a great experience in Maple Grove! Within a month of going, I received two emails from the teacher on how much my daughter has improved in math. And on top of it, she loves going. Win win.

We've been going to Mathnasium for a month. My son loves the environment and he feels very welcomed. We signed up because he wants additional challenge on math than what he has at school and it's very interested in learning new things in math. It has been wonderful to see that he is learning new things every time he goes there and that he learns at his pace.
I confirmed he liked it as after two weeks he asked me "Mom, why didn't you bring me to Mathnasium before?"

Our son, who will be entering 4th grade this fall, really enjoys going to Mathnasium!
He can't wait to get to his lesson. We can't believe that he likes problem solving now, and is sounding more logical when expressing himself in daily life when it comes to time and money. We are looking forward to seeing more improvements and him applying everything he's learned in 4th grade.

Mathnasium has given my daughter a tremendous amount of confidence. She's only been going for about a month and she has already made major strides in feeling good about herself, having pride in her own hard work and calling herself smart. This is one of the best choices of summertime/afterschool activity I can think of.

Everyone at Mathnasium Maple Grove has been fantastic. Beverly is a great leader who recruits high quality instructors. She is also a wonderful teacher. Our 4th grade daughter’s math grades have dramatically improved, but more importantly, her confidence and interest in math have increased and anxiety decreased. We strongly recommend Mathnasium for real results!!

Very friendly and helpful, make learning math so fun! Even in the summer, my kids can't wait to go to mathnasium and always ask when their next class will be when they are done! Also, their math scores have greatly improved since starting the program. I would recommend mathnasium for kids who are struggling with math and also to kids who excel at math. They form the program around the individual child, and they make learning math fun!

You make learning and understanding math fun. My twins loved going! The punch incentives really motivated my kids. Beverly is amazing. She really cares about each kid and making sure they have a great experience.

My only problem is the cost. Unfortunately, right now, we're unable to afford $500+ a month for our two kids. And next year the rate will go higher since they will be in middle school. Not to mention a younger brother who could also benefit from it someday. Hopefully we can figure out a way to make it work.
