More than 3 days a week tutorial classes will be good
After a full year of 3x a week, my daughter is now math-confident. She is never reluctant to go to class--and is proud of the work she accomplishes. A year ago we might have been driving in the car and I would ask something like "well, you have $10, how much is nail polish usually? Can you buy it?" and get a glum "I don't know." Now, not only does she know, she "gets" the value of money. And she actively participates in conversations, volunteering math info. The other day I was talking to an adult family member about the cost of something, mentioning the price and that we needed 4 of them. She piped right up with a chipper "Wow, that's (total)" Not only was she right, she confidently volunteered and contributed her knowledge. Her new family nickname is "math girl" and she smiles every time.
My son enjoys his time at Mathnasium, it has only been a month and his grades have not improved but his attitude has made a complete turnaround about math.
My kids have developed a confidence in math that I never thought was possible. So grateful for this place. Every instructor, while each unique, all come to the table ready to support and assistant my kids and give them the tools needed to complete the every math problem independently. Skills that are learned at Mathnasium are not just math skills but essential life skills.
Mathnasium is a great way to build math skills that serve as a foundation for his math curriculum at school. The mental math has been a big help for him. He doesn’t hate going to Mathnasium so that really says something!

Sebastian has always done better in school with this program and the test prep. He goes for enrichment rather than fir remediation. I think it has helped him do so much better in math and stay ahead in math.

Mathnasium has been going great for us so far. Our son was hesitant to start, but seems to enjoy going and working with the Mathnasium teachers each week. Having help with homework along with getting him caught up on his math skills has been so helpful for him!
