My Son is an 8th grader Highschool algebra. He went for 3 days a week and was very happy to finish the work before heading home and the team working with him were top tier and attentive. Mathew is always available to work on a plan and gives consistent feedback if asked.
So far so good, my son is excited to go and work hard to earn his rewards.

After the very first session, my son said he felt like Mathnasium was going to do wonders for his learning. His first test scores in Algebra were a 48 and a 55. After a month of Mathnasium he scored an 85 on the 3rd. Not sure what kind of voodoo they do here, but my son and I are both fans of the instructors and their approach to learning.

My son really enjoys attending his sessions at Mathnasium. I was worried he would hate it and not want to go, but he admitted he looks forward to his time there! He seems to be learning a lot, and the program at Mathnasium is complementing his math curriculum in 6th grade!

I love that the learning is highly interactive and in a setting that is nurturing and caring. It is great that my child can ask for a concept to be explained over and over until she gets it. Great way to learn and enrich math skills

Son seems happy and motivated to attend. Wants to improve his math skills yet honestly wants the candy and reward. One of our goals was to not speed through his work yet he has a different teacher every time and seems to be rushing to get as many problems done as quickly as he can. It doesn’t appear the various teachers know to slow him down. His accuracy seems to be improving based on the results I get when I ask the teacher directly so that is good yet not sure how to slow him down when speed is an issue and you motivate by number of problems completed.
Different teachers every time seems to make it challenging for his goals to be known in detail at a good comprehensive level specific to our child vs just reading the goals and being like, “yeah oh.... got it. I see why he needs to work on that. Hmmm. Let me figure this kid out to see how he does today.”
Parent feedback: seems minimal. We want to know what he is working on and how he did to get to his goals.
Overall, it appears he is thriving and making gains. Just a lot of $$$ to have issues.
My son look forward to come in for tutoring all the teachers there are amazing and we are so lucky to have a center close by the house.

My 2nd grade daughter started going to Mathnasium about five weeks ago. We had moved across the country and she was a few weeks behind. She was feeling very insecure about how to do the lessons her teacher was giving her and started to simply guess what the answers were. She was getting about 2 out of 10 problems correct.
After just a few weeks with Mathnasium, she is getting 100%! My wife and I couldn't be more thrilled. Plus, our daughter is motivated to go because she wants to fill up her stamp card and "win" a prize!

My daughter enjoys going to Mathnasium and feels like her time is well-spent there. She consistently has positive feedback about the tutors. A suggestion for improvement is the hours the center is open. Between late Middle School hours and sports practice, it's difficult to log 2 visits per week and 3/visits is nearly impossible, without some hours on Friday or Sunday. Is it possible to have students sign up to go on those days for specific hours, so that you're not over-staffing or staying open when there are no students? Or maybe offer 1 Friday and Sunday per month? For example the first Friday and/or last Sunday of the month?
Everyone has been super helpful and has really helped improve my daughter's confidence in Algebra.
