I think the program is very effective and that my daughter is making great strides in her math fluency. Her school teaches the TURK curriculum, and I think the Mathnasium curriculum is a great compliment.
My daughter is in the small group session -- as opposed to a private. This seems to make my daughter feels that it's somewhat social and seems to help her feel excited about going. I also like that the 3-1 ratio forces her to work somewhat independently rather than having a tutor supporting her every bit of the way. I also think my daughter likes that the tutors are relatively young and many times a bit "fun."

Teachers are thoughtful, fun and engaging! Bailey and Greg are super caring and tuned into their students and staff.

This math program has helped my daughter enjoy math and become confident in herself when solving problems. Not only that, she enjoys coming here and enjoys helping others in her class when they are stuck on problems. He grades got better and the tutors always help her with her homework as well. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I have already referred a friend whose son has started attending Mathnasium.

Staff at union square are very helpful, responsive and professional. The kids also like going there. We are very happy with the center but the cost is a bit high for us with 2 kids and we will be taking a break.

Thank you Mathnasium for being so prompt on replies to my emails. Although we are only one month in with the tutoring sessions, I think Aidan really likes the dynamic of his tutors. The reward system is genius, the schedule flexibility is super helpful and not stressful, the assessments are helpful for me to know what is being worked on.

Mathnasium is a joy for all three of our kids. They are excited to go to their weekly session and are energized about math in a way they weren't before. Not only is it a fun environment for learning, instilling a love of math, but also it produces results. Our youngest placed 5th in the state (18th in the country) in the Kangaroo Math Competition, and our daughter, who didn't consider herself a "math kid," now competes in the Girl's Math Olympiad and on her school math team. All three kids understand basics better now and are able to go deeper into new concepts at a faster pace. Mathnasium has really boosted their confidence -- and for that -- we are so grateful.
