Great with having patience teaching kid's and explaining to them until they understand and not making them feel bad if they get it wrong instead helping them find a way to get it right and understand it.

My son has only had his first week here. As he climbed in the car yesterday he said, “They were right Mom. I don’t know how they figure out to make math fun, but they did!”.
This mom loves Mathnasium since my 21 year old was in 3rd Grade and now my last two in 4th and 6th are here. As a parent — we hate the idea of going home trying to help a frustrated child. Arguments! Fights! Yelling! We feel helpless, stressed! Mathnasium brings us peace. The kids are not only covering material that they need for the Mathnasium program, but they grasp the material at school. After being traditionally homeschooled for about 2 years, our kids were apprehensive about going back to "regular school". Math is NOT my strong suit so I knew where they were coming from.
Mathnasium has been a life saver! They have made them feel more confident about Math while helping fill the gaps that the pandemic left behind with with the interruption of school.

My child struggled with math after being left behind due to COVID restrictions causing all of the 3rd grade year to be done on a Chrome book and Zoom from home. Where my child should be ready for 4th grade math, he was still stuck with barely recalling basic math learned in 2nd grade. My child has only been with Mathnasium a short time and already I am witnessing his major improvement in working with numbers. There are moments at home where instead of using my calculator, I will ask my child to find an answer for me, and to my amazement I watch as he thinks about the problem, works the numbers in his head, gives me the correct answer, then even go about explaining to me how and why he came up with the solution. Not only has he come to have a better understanding of working with numbers, but he ENJOYS learning math now. He loves his time at Mathnasium and I’ve seen for myself how the instructors work with the children, so it’s no surprise. I am very grateful for everyone who has been a major support to my child when he needed it most. I highly recommend Mathnasium!
It's a bit pricey and often we had a hard time matching our schedule with tutorial hours.
Alexandra is enjoying Mathnasium. She has only been attending about four weeks, but I think it speaks well that she enjoys herself and always wants to go to her sessions, and when I pick her up she is happy. Our plan is for her to attend this school year. We want her to feel confident about her math skills and understand every concept.
My daughter thought she was going to hate it, now she is begging me to go.

We love Mathnasium. Math used to be a lot of crying and frustration in our house (from me and my daughter), but now it's taken the stress off of both of us.
My daughter really loves the whole team. She seems to be really learning.
I struggled to teach math to my daughter, and many days ended up in one or both of us crying or incredibly discouraged. Mathnasium has given her the confidence to do math, and we have no more tears. Thanks to Jonathan, our math frustration has decreased exponentially!

Just a few feedback observations:
I have noticed much fewer online time slots available, which has made it hard to schedule math around other school work and dr appts...
Also sometimes my son still gets "left" for rather long periods of time.
I realize these ate crazy times, but we are also paying quite a bit for services.

We would highly recommend the team at Mathnasium (located off Boonville road in Bryan). They are professional, adaptable with all ages, know their math, and fun of course! They were able to explain and breakdown math problems in a way that was relatable and understanding for our daughter! We will definitely use them again for any of our kiddos’s math tutoring needs!

My son loves going there to learn more math. The instructors there and leaders in the front office have always been very nice and welcoming to all the students when I see them walking in. I love how instructors and leaders give full attention when taking about our son and great listener.
