My granddaughter fell behind during the COVID-19 online classes and suffered severe anxiety during math when in person school resumed. Mathnasium tested her with no pressure to see what she lacked per her grade level and helped her master those areas where she had fallen behind. Now that the new school year has started, she is understanding her assignments and is much happier.

And the staff is amazing as well. This is our third year at Mathnesium and can’t wait for my 5 year old to start there as well.

My daughter has always struggled with Math. She started with an EIP in first grade, she has had an after school Math tutor provided by the school up until 2nd grade, then we tried another outside tutor center in 3rd grade. None of them have helped as much as Mathnasium. She has been going almost a year now. The thing I like as a parent most about Mathnasium is that I don’t have to argue with her to go. She seems to know it’s working and genuinely enjoys her time there. It’s no longer a chore. I have seen her confidence this year in 5th grade grow the most and she is so close to a B on her report card after years of D’s and C’s. I feel confident she will be ready for Middle School next year with all the help she will get over the summer, too.

My son enjoys his tutoring sessions, and after just a few weeks he noticed an improvement in his ability in class. The tutors make it pleasant enough that I’m not arguing about going with him, so that’s a huge bonus!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The program helped my child not only enjoy math for the first time, but also understand math. My child improved two letter grades as a result of Mathnasium.
The only negative is the price. The program is very expensive.
