When anyone hears the word tutoring it can be a automatic bummer. Imagine a child in middle school. Knowing my daughter needed help in math we turned to mathnasium. It has been one of the best decisions we have made. Not only is my child getting top quality help. She actually enjoys the time there. Her grades are consistent which all I can ask for being my daughter deals with dyslexia. We have been very happy here.
It has been a great experience so far for my daughter. She actually looks forward to going every week. It is refreshing to see she is getting more comfortable with math. The staff are very friendly and professional. Best thing I did for my daughter is signing her up here.

Mathnasium has been a great experience for my children. They were really bored with the math curriculum at school and thanks to Mathnasium they were able to progress way ahead, they were challenged and enjoyed doing math again because they were learning something new.
My Son started at Mathnasium about 2 months before taking the STARR Assess. He did very well on his overall Assessment in Math Skills. He scored 93% in Math. Even though Mathnasium is for Math it also helps to build his self esteem. I also believe it helped him be more relaxed and confidence in his math and reading abilities.

Mathnasium really helps my son stay focused on math and avoid the "summer slide". Everyone at the River Oaks location is super friendly and helpful, from Shareen to Alexandra and all the teachers. It's encouraging that he doesn't dread leaving the house to work on math!
It would be great if you could have Friday hours, at least over the summer.
I am very happy with my daughter's progress. I loved they send me a progress report. The flexibility of coming in at any time is huge for me-- no stress to get there on time. The instructors are kind and knowledgeable. Shareem is amazing. She's nice to the kids and is very customer oriented.

My 2ng grade son was already a math lover but being at Mathnasium River Oaks has almost turned math into an obsession for him. At this rate I don’t know if I’ll be able to help him with his homework in the future making this a long term relationship!

Mathnasium River Oaks was a great experience for my son. He was only in town full time for the summer, and I didn't want him to experience the summer vacation "brain drain". We want to mathnasium three or four times per week, and he really kept up to speed and even started thinking with more numbers in mind.
Everyone there was super helpful and supportive. They were definitely there to help the students! I highly recommend Mathnasium River Oaks.
