We like the way the instructors approach addressing the gaps some kids may have developed due to prolonged online schooling. The curriculum in general has been good in keeping the kids engaged yet not burdened during the summers.

Our kids have only been going there for a month, but so far they really enjoy it. They are finding a way to make math fun for the kids, which I like. I just wish they had Friday hours or even times a little earlier now that kids aren't school because it gets hard to schedule with other activities. Otherwise they are super flexible, which make scheduling easier!
My kids enjoy going there. Mr Modi really cares and all the teachers are very friendly and knowledgeable. My kids did not like Kumon.
My daughter was super hesitant until we went in for a visit. During that meeting she completely bought in. She went from feeling horrible about math to feeling really good and that things finally make sense. Mr. Modi, Fatima and the team have done an amazing job at making her feel welcome, smart and confident in her skills at math. It’s been awesome to watch how quickly she’s embraced going, bringing her homework in and mastering the concepts of math.
I would definately recommend mathnesium. The staff is so patient and this program is perfect for me.

Mr. Modi and his staff are very friendly and flexible in the schedule. Soon after my daughter joined mathenasium, Mr. Modi contacted the school teacher and made sure that the teaching materials are in sync with the school. Mr. Modi and his staff are always accomodating with last minute schedule changes. My daughter loves to go to the mathenasium.
My son was a bit apprehensive about going at first, but now actually looks forward to going there each time. The tutors at the Mathnasium have a great way to keep children engaged, motivated and help them expand their knowledge and confidence in the art of math. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who's looking to help their child thrive in the world of basic math and beyond.

The experience has been great for both my 8th grader who is in advanced math and wanting to stay ahead of the curve, and my 4th grader who, while getting good grades, needed correction in how quickly he would get through problems. Mr. Modi and his team have worked with both of them to not only provide them with the technical background but also with an understanding of how to approach different aspects of how they quantify and solve what they are presented with.
This program is growing with the students and the common core curriculum.
Both of my kids were previously enrolled in different tutorial programs - Kumon for example- but they could not last, it was a constant "battle" to make them do any extra work.
When I heard about Mathnasium, I first enrolled them for 3 months, to try it out. To my surprise, my kids loved it ! (age : 13 and 8).By now, we are with the program for the 2nd continues year and their attitude has not changed. Not only that their math skills improved and they feel confident at school,( being an A grade student), they also enjoy friendly atmosphere of Downers Grove location. There is a group of very dedicated teachers there, who work very hard, often individually with each kid. At the same time , they create very welcoming and family like atmosphere. It's fun and very educational. Highly recommend to any parent who wants their kids either to improve or excel in math at school . It works!
So far we are pleased with Mathnesium at Downers Grove. The center director and staff are very welcoming and accommodating. My daughter likes going there after trying a few different tutoring options.
