Good experience, good results, nice staff
My son loves mathnasium.
Jenn and Jon are fabulous to work with. So are most of the other coaches. My kids are getting exactly what they need to get them comfortable with math. Their confidence and skill levels have improved since we started Mathnasium. We are very happy.
My only constructive feedback would be I would love to have all of the sessions we purchase be available to all of the members of my family (ie if my daughter can only go 8 times one month, my son could use her other 2 sessions).
My 4th grade daughter went from, "I'm not good at Math." To "Math is fun!" in just ten sessions... actually in probably three. With the small group learning, she was allowed to be silly while also learning tricks that made math easier to do. The binder format allowed her and me, her Mom, to understand very clearly what goals she was working toward and how far she had come in such a short period of time.
We love mathnasium! It helped our son tremendously! If it wasnt for the high cost we would do it indefinetly!
My child is disappointed on the days that she does not have a session at Mathnasium.
I was having a difficult time explaining a particular concept to her, so I sent her homework with her to Mathnasium. She came home very excited because she had mastered the skill with her tutor.
Her understanding of math concepts and their relationship has improved significantly after only one month of sessions.

We are having a great experience with my son learning but when we enter we are seldom greeted with a hello or acknowledged as we leave, and I see all the other parents/children are greeted and given a farewell acknowledgement. Personal observation which is a bit bothersome.
Mathnasium completely changed the way my son felt about doing math. He went from avoiding doing math homework to accepting every math challenge. We couldn’t be happier. Our only regret is that we didn’t start going to Mathnasium sooner!
My 6th grader and my 2nd grader both love going to Mathnasium. Both have showed improvement in grades but more importantly, an improvement in attitude towards math. They now love math and are no longer afraid to try new concepts and challenges.
My daughter loves coming here after school and on Saturdays. Her math skills have already improved and she even brought home a 100% on a math test. Everyone that works here is so knowledgeable, fun and friendly. My daughter also enjoys working with the new friends that she’s met here.
We love Mathnasium! A great supplement to school to keep students engaged and loving Math!

The programs is structured to help all children, regardless of strength and skills. Elmhurst Mathnasium's staff treats you like you're family. I happy to see my child has grown since participating in ten sessions per month plan.

Our son’s math skills have improved greatly since attending Mathnasium.
We have been going to Mathnasium for five months now. Through Mathnasium, my son has LEARNED the material he DID NOT MASTER in 4th grade. He has received help with areas that he is struggling with in 5th grade. His self-efficacy has increased and he is confident. The Mathnasium experience is great. It is the way math instruction should be.

My kids both like it. They make math fun and relatable at Mathnasium. We find it gives them more confidence in school and I t has especially helped with timed tests.
Mathnasium has made my child enjoy learning math. The team has helped him master concepts that from 4th grade that are necessary for 5th grade. Mathnasium has truly helped to alleviate the Eureka math anxiety and build my son's self-efficacy. As a career educator, I truly appreciate how Mathnasium has been able to do what "tiered interventions" were supposed to do. The teaching in District 205 has been great, but Mathnasium has been the necessary "bridge" between the old curriculum and the new curriculum.
