We've only been attending since the end of March 2025, but I've noticed the confidence in my twin daughters' comprehension is building, and they are looking forward to the challenge of 7th grade. They've mostly worked with the same tutor each week, which has helped keep up the consistency of what they are learning and how they learn it. Mary Jane, the director, is always very encouraging and does a great job of creating a relaxing space that is conducive to learning.
Mathnasium of Smyrna is very professionally run. I think it is a wonderful place to learn. My daughter has gone from 17% understanding to 90% understanding of all math before Algebra in less than a year. That is amazing! Let me say that again, what she has accomplished is so amazing. I will be forever thankful. You have made a measurable difference in her life. She loves math now, and before she was so unsure of math! She has gained so much confidence in math and herself. I can't even imagine what she will accomplish in the next year, but it will be great!

I love how they meet your child where they are at and encourage them to gain confidence in their ability to conquer math. At first, my fifth grader did not want to spend her time at Mathnasium and was upset that I made her go. It took no time for her to change her tune. She now looks forward to it. They make math fun and incentivize their lessons. She’s doing better in school and about math in general.

The proof is in the pudding! My daughter started Mathnasium in the 3rd grade. I try my best to get her there for 8 to 10 sessions a month but some months I can't make it happen with all of her other after school commitments. We just try our best to get her and continue the learning. The time spent at Mathnasium has paid off as she just started junior high school and they have placed her in Advance Math. Mathnasium keeps your math skills sharp throughout the year which is especially great during the summer months.

This Center is great! All the tutors we have used are incredibly smart and amazing teachers. The Director is top-tier and easy to work with.

Since taking the math assessment, our family has been impressed with the process of making sure that math gaps are being filled and foundation is being built. I would like to take this opportunity to write a letter in praise of Mathnasium in Smyrna. We enrolled my 8yo granddaughter in Mathnasium because her math skills were substandard and she was behind in her school work. She is a happy go lucky, talkative and energetic little girl. Because of this I thought she might have difficultly slowing down and concentrating on math. To my surprise the staff at Mathnasium were easily able to engage her and it only took a few short months for her to catch up and then excel. She loves going to Mathnasium. Participation in the program has boosted her confidence not only in math but other academic skills. I appreciate that Sailesh did an initial comprehensive evaluation, developed a curriculum specifically for her and then gives us regular feedback. Though she math skills are now strong we are continuing the program because the benefits are invaluable.
