My daughter started Mathnasium when she turned 8th gread. My husband and I were helping her math till then, but that was getting very difficult. The math problames were getting harder plus we were all frustrated each other over math! Mathnasium has been a game changer for her. Tutors are very positive and patience w/ students. She always finishes her HW before coming home now. Her gread at school is higher and because of that her confidence level toward math is much higher. She often talks about the little math game challenges she did at Mathnasium, and she also like the “wheel”. I guess she gets prize by complicating levels? Mathnasium has been a very positive experience for her. I’ll recommend this to anyone!

We wanted to make better use of daughter's time. We tried few things like Sailing, Coding etc.,
After a week, she used to lose the interest in that activity.
Then we tried Mathnesium. It did wonders. It is almost a year since she joined, everyday she loos forward to going there to have fun.

When my 6th grader started at Mathnasium, she had a C in her math class, was avoiding math homework, and saying she was bad at math. When I tried to help her with her homework, she would end up in tears. One of the first thing I noticed when she started Mathnasium was that she would come out of each session looking like she had enjoyed it -- definitely a first! She finished the school year with an A- in math. She has gotten the help she needed at Mathnasium and feels more confident and positive about math.
Solea had no confidence that she could perform well on a math test even though she had not missed school and had done extra homework for practice. Mathasium not only gave her confidence that she could show what she knows successfully but now she has a positive ‘can do’ attitude and looks forward to learning math each day.

It has only been a few weeks since our son began receiving help at Mathnasium Culver City. I saw how quickly his anxiety seemed to decimate. We are trying to get him there as many days of the week as possible. I really wish you were open on Saturdays because it would work well for us. Your Friday hours are very limited and and we are sometimes unable to make it. It would help us if he could stay for a longer session of maybe 90 minutes or two hours. Otherwise everything has been great. Thank you for your help.
So far we are very happy with the collaborative effort the staff at Mathnasium has made. To ensure our daughter's success in math. The tutoring she gets at the Culver City branch has always helped raise her grade.
