By offering zoom classes, it has made it very convenient for students to sign up for classes without needing to show up at the center. This is also a great way to continue learning while they social distance. I hope they will continue the zoom classes even when the pandemic is over.

My son’s confidence in math has increased with every visit to Mathnasium. For the first time, he sees himself taking a leading role in class instead of feeling overwhelmed and lost. Scott also makes it a fun place to be after school and is always open to questions and solving math equations with my son. It’s an awesome place.

If you don’t go down the private school route, and your school doesn’t have a math enrichment counselor, I’d head straight over to Mathnasium. Few parents could offer the kind of repetition and instant feedback that is available to them here. I love it and truthfully so do my kids.
It was painful to get my daughter to do any sort of math homework. Even ten minutes of math work was filled with complaining and tears. From her first day of Mathnasium, she has demonstrated an enthusiasm that I have never seen before. She can do one hour at Mathnasium easily and always comes out smiling! I am so grateful that the team there has been successful with instilling a love for math!

Both of my children really benefited from attending Mathnasium. It helped them get caught up on what they had missed or did not understand in school.

My child is just starting at Mathnasium and, although I don't love the idea of all of the sugar he is "buying" with his punch cards, It seems to be a good motivator for him.

My Nephew attended Mathnasium in the suburbs of Chicago and that is how I heard about the program. Math goes too quickly for Julian in school and so we feel it has been instrumental getting Julian up to speed and the extra support he needs. I believe he likes the social atmosphere and incentive based rewards:)
Scott has been great with recognizing where Julian's level is at when he started to get bored because we were not going enough and fell behind and made adjustments. Scott has also indulged me by taking or bringing Julian to Proof lab across the street that encourages him to go to Mathnasium. My only concern would be that Julian, depending on who he is sitting with can get distracted and not be efficient with his time. I know some tutors can reel the kids in better than others. That probably has more to do with Julian's behavior.

My daughter's math skills have improved and more importantly, her attitude about math has increased substantially!
My daughter went from scoring a 16% on her CA school MAPS testing to 89% in 1 year! Mathnasium helped her achieve this. They were excellent at evaluating her, seeing the holes, and getting them filled in. They told us she’d need a year to catch up to grade level and they were right. Teamwork got her to her current grade level scoring 89% now on MAPS and 90% in classroom tests. Thank you Aaron and Mathnasuim team.
