The Mathnasium team are very convenient, affordable for all you want in a month and highly proffesional.
When we discovered our children had missed essential concepts in math from 4thgrade on and teachers for whatever reason did not detect it year after year after year, we were happy to come to a place that could address the problem with a solution that worked for the kids and the adults in regard to scheduling. There were days that the kids got help with homework too, but addressing the past was helped them
to move forward. We will be eternally greatfull and will look back at the days spent there with good memories even though math can be a lot of work they make it fun too and they truely care about the kids.

Mathnasium supports and reinforces students understanding of mathematics. The fun learning environment allows the students to feel protected and safe and they are therefore happy to attend regularly. The students efforts and achievements are tangibly rewarded so the students feel inspired to do their best and progress with the program.
Mathnasium makes learning math fun! Talia very much enjoys learning math and working with Collin and Jeremy, her two faves at the center. As the MV center has grown so much, I think there needs to be greater attention placed on creating a space where kids can effectively learn math without being distracted by the number of kids there.
The math tutors are great and the social piece helps to get my daughter there as does the candy rewards. Wish that weren't the case but it is. Sound prefer gum rewards over candy.
It is amazing that my son goes willingly to Mathnasium! He loves it! I feel strongly that the more math, the better! Scott Rubin is great! Really cares about the kids!

Our daughters have never been so confident in math as they are now, and it is because of Mathnasium. We had a lot of back-filling to do, and the tutors/Scott have done an amazing job of boosting their confidence through this program. It's step by step, and because of that, it ensures learning/understanding at every level before the student can move on. My daughter has not only improved her mathematical skills, but has gained a great deal of confidence that she can be successful in math. She is fully caught up in her classroom at school, and even feels ahead of her class now in terms of the subjects they are covering. We've gone from a teary kid who said "I can't do it" to "Mom I've GOT this!"
Luca loves Mathanesium, he has been there for almost 2 years and his math skills have improved tremendously. Luca is a at the end of 6th grade and is doing Math for 7th and 8th grade. He enjoys his time there. When he started he did not like math and had lots of difficulties to understand it.

Two years into Mathnasium, my son loves Math now! Now he plays real leadership role in class helping out other kids! His brain is always calculating things in his everyday life!

Mathnasium is fantastic and the staff are outstanding. Scott and Jeremy are so friendly and approachable. My daughter loves them and all of the teachers. I have already recommended it to all my friends with kids. They keep my daughter so motivated and she wants to go every day!

The reason I would strongly recommend Mathnasium is because my son really learn a skill for life, not only for the moment. He did not wanted to go at first, but my persistency on bringing him all the way to Millvalley no matter what twice a week made it wothwhile. Since he started going there his confidence level academically increased immensely. Nowdays, according to him, "math is still challenging,"even though his math level is considered above his grade level. He is not afraid of challenges (testing). He use many different ways to solve a problem. He has straight "A"s all around at Babich Elementary School. Sebastian, loves going to Mathnasium and he says "everyone is so nice there."

My 10 year old has been attending Scott's center for a little over a year. He's gone from a 1st grade level to 4th grade in math, bounds out of the car eagerly each day he goes and I honestly think some of the instructors have made him feel like Mathnasium is his home away from home.
Both my boys love their experience at Mathnasium and are now very comfortable with math class at school.
My daughter Emily had a great experience at Mathnasium. It gave her confidence and allowed her to excel in math in a fun environment. She is now in Honors classes in HS.
Mathnasium is wonderful! They provide one on one tutoring and it's very individualized . my 6 year old loves going there and their hours are perfect for working parents.
