My daughter's middle school math class was moving too quickly for her comprehension level. She was getting lost and overwhelmed. The fast pace of her math class also impacted her ability to retain her math knowledge. Mathnasium's assessment gave us data on where she was at in her learning of 6th-grade math and the tutors and process ensured she learned all the material necessary to move forward in her math journey. Best of all she has gained confidence in her math ability!

My daughter had a great experience with mathnasium for precal tutoring. Not only did the tutoring sessions build her confidence in the subject but her grade went up a whole letter grade; C to a high B! My daughter got extremely behind in Calculus during the fall semester. It became clear that she needed additional help outside of school in order to catch up and remain on schedule with current material. I contacted Mathnasium in the earlier part of the spring semester and Kendall came to the rescue! I'm floored with the amount of professionalism and customer service Kendall applied in every communication exchange. She went far and beyond any reasonable person's expectations. An example includes identifying my daughter's test days and rearranging tutor sessions to better prepare for the tests. Kendall's incredible work doesn't stop there, she's also a math whiz and excellent teacher to boot! I'm not exaggerating, if every workplace had a Kendall, then the world would be a much more organized, friendly, and productive place.

The teacher was not only very knowledgeable in the subject matter but was also engaging in such a way that reduced my child's anxiety and allowed them to participate to their best ability.
First of all, the woman at the front desk(I’m embarrassed that I can’t remember her name) is the most organized, efficient, most friendly person I have had the pleasure of communicating with in a long time. She is honestly the best. My 13 yr old son wasn’t using their tutoring services for very long because we just needed a few months for him just to catch up in his Algebra class. But our brief experience was very positive. All of the tutors were patient, and knowledgeable and made him feel very comfortable. If he ever needs extra help again in the future I will most definitely use them again. I highly recommend Mathnasium.

My kids never complain about going to Mathnasium. They get their work done in a math-focused environment with live, human help. If they get stuck on a concept someone is there to work with them until they truly learn it. They always feel better prepping for a tests at Mathnasium and go into the classroom much more confidently to take the test!

With the help of the tutors at Mathnasium, my 2 children ended up with an A in AP/IB PRE-CAL and AP/IB ALG 2. Having an A in AP/IB class at Westwood H.S. is very challenging and tutoring was a big help. In addition, Mathnasium staff is wonderful in helping the students and very friendly to parents. I always feel welcome whenever I ask a question or just dropping in to pick up my children.
