Caitlin has gained so much confidence at Mathnasium, she is now enjoying math instead of dreading it
My daughter is always very eager to go to Mathazium. She has been attending for 6 weeks and is re-visiting work from her previous grade which is solidifying the foundation on which to build. I like that she is motivated to move along and eventually get ahead of her grade. It is an environment where she sees kids of all grades taking Maths seriously and developing good study habits. I initially thought she may be very distracted by all the other students but the space is well disciplined by the tutors.
My daughter is learning a lot and liking math. That is very important to me
Thank you
Brianna loves coming here after school . Getting it done there is huge help for both of us.
Thank you
Susan
My child loves to go there. The team is young and is encouraging her. She loves challenges and receiving prices. It motivates her!
I think the center is excellent, well located, and the teachers are gifted with the subject of math and teaching it to children. Esp. with the new reqs on Common Core math. Teachers in public school recommend math tutoring, and Mathnasium is a great place for your children to sort out the concepts and build a solid foundation.
Easy to use - with the hour just from drop off vice some schedule, staff are super friendly and welcoming and my kids really enjoy going.
My boys are enjoying Mathnasium. They say: "It is a good Math experience so we don't get behind in Math" and "I like finishing my punch cards and getting prices and playing games, they make Math fun." Nico & Rocco Taccone
My daughter loves to come to Mathnasium, which really surprised me, because math isn't her favorite subject. The program seems very effective.
I love it. My son loves going as I think they make it kind of like a club. but the best part is that you don't have to have a set time. If we had to commit to a set hour then we would not be able to do it!!!
Since my son started tutoring at Mathnasium he has received A's and B's on math assignments at school and math has gotten a lot easier for him. Before Mathnasium, he would get D's and F's. Tutoring at Mathnasium really works. Thank you!
Hannah has a great ability to connect with the kids. My kids love to go.
Everyone at the La Jolla location is positive, and friendly. They are thorough in communication between myself and my daughter's teacher to be sure that all the necessary material is being covered. I only wish we had found Mathnasium sooner!!!
Thanks for providing such an invaluable service.
Great motivation! They keep the kids engaged!
Hannah makes you feel very welcome and embraces the opportunity to teach/foster the students. Which translates to the entire Mathnasium Team being very solid when it comes to the experience and results.
My son has tremendously benefitted from Mathnasium. He loves math and wanted to learn more above his grade level. He is always enthused to go and the teaching staff have been supportive and motivating. This is the most professional, organized, positive tutoring service I've encountered.
Great homework support! Increased grades! Thank you!
Tahli improving already!
My daughter been there for almost three weeks and she like it so far!
My don isnreslly happy i never thought he would see math fron a different perspective. A fun and challenging thing to do!!
In such a short time I have noticed improvement in my daughters confidence with math. She enjoys coming to mathnasium which is amazing for a child who has been struggling with math. Hannah, is always a warm welcoming face and is very encouraging and positive for my child.
My kids have both improved in their skills and confidence in math and their grades have gone up. They have no complaints going to tutoring and are always very positive when I pick them up. The atmosphere in Mathnasium is great for learning. Keep up the great work and keep your awesome tutors!!
Very helpful and caring staff. Thank you.
Already have:)
friendly helpful smart staff, makes a big difference in my son's math understanding
We have been very impressed so far with both the Mathnasium program and in particular with the director of the La Jolla center, Hannah Pultz. Hannah's knowledge of math and children's capacities for learning math is impressive and reassuring. She clearly believes each child has the ability to improve his or her math skills by finding the right approach to the problem for them and by working in a 1:1 environment. Hannah's genuine and warm welcome of my daughter each time we step through the door makes a tremendous impact on her and sets the tone for her 1-hour sessions, which, incredibly, my daughter asks to come to and looks forward to. All of the instructors are friendly and encouraging and the whole center has a bright, open feeling in which students see other students working to improve their math skills and realize they are not alone in whatever struggles they have. We have only been coming to Mathnasium for a month but I can already see my daughter's attitude toward math improving and her skills sharpening. This place is a little gem.
Everyone is gifted and understands what it means to teach. Your team gets it and knows each kid. Amazing place with the right blend of experts, fun, and learning.
Before signing up my daughter for Mathnasium we always fought about getting her homework done. It was a constant battle and often ended up with a lot of frustration from both of us. From the very first day she started, I saw the biggest difference in her when doing math. It was like a light suddenly turned on. It's now been a month and she is still as eager as she was in the beginning to go to Mathnasium. Her homework is no longer a problem as she now gets all 4-5 pages of math done in one day vs. the whole week it used to take to finish. It's one of the best investment I've ever made and recommend it to everyone whose kids just "don't like math".
Our daughter's school has implemented 'Common Core' Math, this school year which is causing difficulty among students, and educators alike. With 'Mathnasuium' our daughter is receiving help to navigate through the problems she and fellow classmates are experiencing. She has improved so greatly, I'm looking into starting an online 'Gofundme' campaign for a few of our daughter's classmates, who are unable to afford the cost, yet desperately need the help, so they too maybe able to gain access to 'Mathnasuium.'

I like how they test each child and teach at their own level needed with the emphasis on their school work as a priority.
