So far we have been in the program for several months now and being that we are in a pandemic, every health and safety measure is being taken appropriately. Temperature and sanitization is taken immediately upon arrival and during departure, they are reminded to sanitize as well.
I also like the fact that I get to stay in the waiting area for my son so that I can see the tutors in action. As a parent, you want to have a sense of confidence that your child's needs are being met and I feel that way with Tram and her staff. My son is progressing in his Math skills and I know the staff are working diligently and patiently to help us parents and kids during these stressful times.

I love how my child tells me how much he is enjoying tutoring since this is his first time receiving assistance for Math. I stay there with him when I get a chance to and that gives him a sense of comfort. He also looks forward earning punches so that he can get a reward. There are different teachers all the time that rotate and I think it is great that he gets to experience that.
